• Develop Critical Coaching Skills: Hone key skills like empathy, active listening, goal-setting, and giving feedback.
• Implement the ABC Process: Customize a structured coaching model to meet the unique needs of your clients.
• Ready to Use Templates: A set of templates to aid you in providing your coaching services.

This program is designed for active participation. You'll engage in peer practice sessions, receive group feedback, and work collaboratively to refine your approach. Prepare for a transformative experience with minimal passive learning and maximum hands-on application.

• Week Zero: June 1st, 12:00pm CST (1:00pm EST, 10:00am PST) - Offered by Mesha; please reach out to her with any questions. I will be learning alongside you.
• Meet and Greet: June 5th, 6:15-7:30pm CST (7:15-8:30pm EST, 4:15-5:30pm PST)
• Week One: June 15th, 1:30-3:30pm CST (2:30-4:30pm EST, 11:30am-1:30pm PST) - Who is Your Client?
• Week Two: June 19th, 6:30-8:00pm CST (7:30-9:00pm EST, 4:30-6:00pm PST) - Co-Working
• Week Three: June 29th, 1:30-3:30pm CST (2:30-4:30pm EST, 11:30am-1:30pm PST) - Essential Coaching Skills
